I would rather sell when i see the prices starting to fall, usually you can detect a bear market when everything starts crashing. Wouldn't like my money being stuck in a falling crypto.
I would just rather use that bear market to force some small trades when I see the price is too low. Hey, but that's just my style, nice video anyway :)
