Because it's just a possibility, it can also bounce back from here, and form a right triangle. So IF it dips to 8k$ => buy. I personnaly just bought 1/3 of what I plan to buy, the other 2/3 are for the 9k$ and 7k$ levels if reached ;-)
well why does he post several times a day to buy alts when BTC is falling (and he even knows its dropping), dragging alts with it. Because people mindlessly vote and he makes a killing off it
