Just bought a contract with them last 7/22 apparently it's when they're having some technical difficulties. So i haven't received even a single payout. Sent a ticket in which their staff did replied and told me that the pending payments will be given in full once everything is back to normal. Just have to wait and see then.
That's perfectly fine at the moment, however remain cautious about payments for the next two weeks considering the situation of the blockchain right now.

Hey Kushy, yeah they are super good about getting back to you via tickets. Always have been when I sent over questions. I have faith theyll be back up processing payments soon.
Hello @cryptochron they just released a statement about them getting hacked that's why they have to postpone payouts.
