2.) Set to Ethereum, Monero, etc (can't do Bitcoin or Litecoin) and start mining.
3.) Wait 18-22 days for your Ethereum to be over the confirmed/withdraw limits (.001/.001, plus .013 cost) Keep your computer up and running during this timeframe to continue mining.
4.) Withdraw to your desktop wallet (see Exodus above)
5.) Goto step 3 and repeat.
