Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are above the moving average which is around $6,480. High ranges at $6,740 and low ranges at $6,220.

Stochastic RSI indicates slightly overbought conditions (73).

MACD shows we are above the Zero Line and the histogram is tapering down. Watch for a drop in both moving averages as we peak out (blue will crossover with red).

Price Targets:

Entry $5,700- $6,500

Exit $6,700- $7,150

We saw a nice jump in buy volumes overnight as the market seemed to be heating up. For the most part we have seen sideways trading over the past month. There are many new developments in this space and things are progressing fairly quickly.

What we really need is some regulatory certainty and a successful ETF to be launched. This will allow the institutional investors to enter the playing field and lock up some of that surplus BTC supply into cold storage.

At the same time we need to avoid unfavorable rulings on the ICO classifications and on the DOJ investigations into certain exchanges. We are living in exciting times here folks and this is just the beginning.
