Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are below the moving average which is around $7,840 currently. High ranges at $8,110 and low ranges at $7,570.

Stochastic RSI indicates oversold conditions (1).

MACD shows we are well below the Zero Line with a negative histogram. Keep an eye on a peak for the histogram before prices begin find support and to recover a bit.

Price Targets:

Entry $6,800- $7,500

Exit $7,950- $9,300

As predicted yesterday there was a slight sell off indicated by the trading tools provided. I said "there is more room for downside" and we have definitely saw that happen.

Market liquidity is still a major issue, often with fewer buyers than sellers. It doesn't take much to make large moves in these markets as a result.

Remember the long term goals here- fear not because fear is for others!
