Current Market Cap: $283.97B ($-23.23B in one day) Bitcoin Dominance: 44.8%(+1.6%)

The falling market cap alongside with a rising BTC dominance is concerning because it means that people are CASHING OUT! Current exchange withdraw limits it seems to be one of the few things keeping the price from going into a complete freefall as the market uncertainty continues. If there is one thing Bitcoin markets do not like it's UNCERTAINTY! Expect further declines as the SEC news continues to put pressure on Ethereum, which is then selling off into Bitcoin and back into fiat .

Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastics and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are below the moving average which is around $7,600 right now.

Stochastics indicate that we are slightly oversold and have been in the same zone for about two days.

MACD shows that we are well below the Zero Line and that the histogram seems to be tapering down. Buy volumes remain relatively low and this could be a problem as the fragile markets attempt a price reversal.

Price Targets:

Entry- $6,500- $7,350

Exit- $7,400- $8,350

Again I emphasize the importance of laddering your entry points and cost-averaging your positions. There is nothing worse than going all in and then watching the price completely tank while you are holding bags. Rather than doing this, divide your investment capital into parts and then invest slowly over time. For example, if you want to invest $1,000 do so over a period of weeks or months such as $100 per week. After two and a half months you will have cost-averaged your position and lowered your risk and helped counter the volatility. If Bitcoin continues to tank then you will have a larger investment as a result and you will alleviate the feeling of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out)!
