At the end of this month there will be several more exchange closures in China with more to come in October. This might deal another series of blows to Bitcoin as the market absorbs what is being dumped on their side. The arbitrage opportunities are HUGE for traders that already had accounts on these exchanges prior to their closure notice.

The market is experiencing some stability over the past 24 hours but the price action indicates that we could be headed for a slight drop soon unless volumes begin to pick up again. Alt-coin markets are just thriving right now as the investors are chasing profits during this stable period. The overall market cap has barely budged and BTC dominance is the same as it was yesterday but there is still a lot of money moving around

In today's chart you will see that the price tested the support zones in the low $3800 zone before bouncing back a little. The resistance is still set in the high $3900's and it will take a serious pop in volumes to push past that. The moving average is around $3920 right now with major support zones at $3650, $3750, and $3850.

Likely Scenarios:

• BTC holds steady above $3750 today but has trouble breaking past $4K
• Support holds in the low $3800's and we see prices hover in that range
• A huge push in volumes sends us past $4,000-4100.
