This week has been great for cryptos
Not only is Bitcoin still making big gains, but other alt coins are up more than 30%.
ETH, Dash, Monero... and have you seen ShadowCash??
I don't know that this will last (I sure hope it will) but regardless, it's a great time to be invested in crypto!

what's awesome is that we are seeing 'money' turning into spread our 'value' which i love that. that it's not tied to a certain currency is exciting to me, money going into projects that we need rather than some fat cats pocket. loving for the future. ..

Personally I am in Denmark and I know that the officials are not that smart, so they will NEVER be able to follow a bitcoin transaction or a steem transaction. Therefore I personally I happy with bitcoin and steem, as my favorite choice in crypto-currency :)'
Monero is a good pick, marketcap is still well under a billion USD, plenty of room for growth.

Lol. Eth is down 60%+ from its highs and is decreasing with btc rise. Dash is also down some 30% except for todays little pump is bringing it back.
Monero is actually 8x from its lows.
Then again, it really depends on the timeframe and if your refering to the $$value instead of the btc value.
Not really much of an altcoin dream, a btc dream for sure, but touching altcoins is pretty risky with btc pump
Yeah, I'm aware that ETH reached $20 last June and immediately dropped. As I stated in my post I was referring to the gains made this weekand I'm also referencing USD value.
There's really no part of you that's a little bit excited seeing this many alt coins in the green?
My point with this post is the fact that more people are investing in Bitcoin and soon those people very well could begin looking into other cryptos they can then invest... ones that aren't as pricey as BTC and have potential for big gains as well cough ETH cough
Nope, only Bitcoin matters... the rest are shitcoins.
Okay, XMR was fairly distributed, has good support and good features... it may end up being the #2 mainly as a testnet for bitcoin. The rest are gambles
Exactly! i agree with both of you actually, i think after ETH turns to POS miners will go straight to XMR because it's efficient, anonymous, and have a good reputation.
a lot of peoples says that maybe monero price will drop because of that but others say it will rise because the chinese start buying it too! (wich is weird), my thought is in future we will see monero as the 2nd coin on the marketcap value

And temporary green after the waterfall of red is expected.
Another btc move will push those coins back into the red... maybe eth is oversold? but after so many forks and instant problems, i would expect more selloffs.. suprised it even rebounded.
Honestly, Etc is probably the only alt i would be interested in right now just because i see eth failing in 2017.
Oh and the obvious one - Steem! That coin is protected from btc movements because sbd takes the loss

Yeah it's pretty amazing all around. This is really a crypto revolution and i expect big gains in the years to come as the tech becomes more mainstream.
