Google Will Ban All Cryptocurrency related Ads from this June
Google want to get rid of cryptocurrency related advertisement and it has announced the dead line for advertiser so that they can find alternative to google.
According to google high risk is involve in cryptocurrency investment and some other products like financial spread betting. Google has decided to ban all the advertisement that contain any type of relevancy with crypto including Initial Coin Offering, Crypto Exchanges and Cryptocurrency Wallets.
Google is not only banning the ads which contain crypto related data but they are also going to ban third-party websites that contain data related to cryptocurrencies and are using google ads products. These steps are taken to protect users from cryptocurrency scams that are affecting the consumers however they are also going to ruin the real and honest projects.
This move will also affect some content writers who were actively involve in writing contents related to crypto and earning there income through the adsense however they are not going to take the risk. Whether they allow advertisment or not one thing is sure that Google is still centralized and it will remain centralized may be there is need to use decentralized search engine.
I wonder if they would also demonetize every crypto currency related Channel and Videos. If they do so this will be a major set back crypto currency enthusiasts.
