BTC vs BCH vs BTG chart review + % gains - Nov 11th @ 12:00 PST
Hello all, here are a few charts of BTC (Bitocin), BCH (Bitcoin Cash) and BTG (Bitcoin Gold) that I was looking at this afternoon. And as usual, I'll give my .02....
Here is a daily line chart from Oct 24th with the three 'amigos':
BTC in red - down -6.23%
BCH in blue - up 329.86%
BTG in gold - up 251.59%
At this time, it looks like a possible 'coin' transfer from one into another...
Daily chart of BCH since the early August inception. The last 2 days has printed bars over the bollinger band which is quite bullish. Stochastics are embedded over 80, so the 'coin' is looking strong. A consolidation may be in the cards in a few days or into next week as assets do not print too many days over or under the bollinger band.
4 hour chart of BTG since inception, 10/24/17. Similar assessment as BCH, but has 6 four hour bars over the bollinger band. Again, look for some sideways consolidation.
In the last BTC update a few days ago, it was mentioned that a potential pullback was possible with several support areas. Well we got it and the pullback/correction is in process. Where will it find potential support? Based on history, it has typically found support near a previous high. Here are 3 of the potential targets:
- Previous high of $6178
- 50 day moving average ~$6000 (I extended the 50 dma with a light blue line)
- Previous major high of $4973
Fundamentally, I honestly have no idea which one of these will have the best gains going forward. If you do, please chime in... I'll need to do quite a bit more reading on BCH and BTG before investing in them.
