Federal Judge Sides with Coinbase's 'John Doe 4' and against the IRS
This week, Judge Jacqueline Corley granted a motion in favor of a Coinbase customer known as “John Doe 4” and against the Internal Revenue Service. The ruling allows John Doe 4 to challenge an IRS tax summons anonymously.
