What a generous sharing, @onepracticalcat. And what radiant children. I'm sorry for the separation from them, and do trust it (the alienation) will eventually collapse under the immeasurable weight of your love.
When estranged from a loved one, it's sometimes helpful to imagine your best/highest self connecting with their best/highest self... and allow the pure stream of your feelings to pour through. Wordlessly.

Hi Erika - thanks for the upvote and your kind words. I also want to read your recent article on siblings. Particularly relevant to us as well. It has been a tough few years for us. I am looking forward to meeting you in real life some time. On our next trip to Mexico I imagine.
