Home Meal Meal will create its own cryptoactive, the Meal Token, becoming the first company of its kind to focus on a project like this in Spain. The company will make an Initial Currency Offer (ICO) with which it plans to raise some 50 million euros to expand throughout Europe. Home Meal owns the renowned line of takeout food stores, Nostrum. This project will be launched internationally in Las Vegas, USA, in January. The Meal Token will serve to reaffirm the company's international expansion. The goal is to meet the ICO's fundraising goal by the end of March.

In total, 100 million Meal Tokens will be created, and 50 million Meal Tokens will be released at the ICO. The project development team will conserve 7.5 million; advisors 12.5 million; and will have a reserve of 30 million tokens.

In its initial sales phase, Meal Token will be restricted to large operators. Then, from February or March, it will be available to any interested client.

Customers can pay with Meal Tokens at Nostrum stores, enjoying discounts and promotions, as long as they use the Nostrum card. Those interested in having a Nostrum franchise must pay the entrance fee with Meal Tokens and also enjoy discounts, bonuses and special prices.

This initiative will also make it possible to carry out actions of a social nature and in collaboration with NGOs. Members of the Nostrum fan club can decide to be part of the company's delivery system and receive tokens in return. If a customer places an order with another customer, he or she will receive compensation in tokens. Or if you leave a tip, NGOs will be able to bring food to older people in the neighborhood, for example,"said Home Meal CEO Quirze Salomó, according to local media.

Home Meal will create a Swiss subsidiary that will manage the currency under strict compliance with the legal requirements established by the authorities of that country, integrating security procedures against money laundering and for handling customer information.
