Hmm, this is interesting @kingscrown. I've never thought of mining for coins on my home PC. May be it's time to give it a second thought.
You should never use your main computer.
Build a dedicated computer to mine with.
good thought Jim. I'm looking into this myself. I got an nvidia card and put it in my pc. I'm minting 2 cryptos. So the minting improved, but it's totally distorted my audio quality, so much so I took the new GPU out...after upgrading the drivers with no improvement.
using pc for mining isn't profitable.
