According to Bitmain's  page, AntMiner R9 will be available for sale in less than 4 hours. The price and the hash rate are still speculative. 

The idea behind the new miner is to be very quiet and to consume less power, making it ideal for your home or basement.

Each Antminer R4 employs 126 such chips to deliver more hashrate and efficiency than any bitcoin miner except the Antminer S9.
