This post and that group are jokes, right? Do you people just blindly invest in high risk assets and expect full refunds when things go south? And now you try to spray shit on one of the most reputable exchanges?
You gambled and lost, it has happened to me, it has happened to everyone. Learn from it and go on with your life.
It's not about that, it's about the fact that all this happened without any warning. For an exchange which is managing over 500 mio it should not be hard to get a customer service, warning people before it happens.

If you are speaking of Binance, what makes you say so? Anyone could say the same thing of any platform without providing any sort of meaningful argument to support their claims.
