Doubt it.
Price almost doubled after developers commitments on latest conference. Now I expect inflation of expectations phase.
I wonder what will happen now that a few core devs have moved over to Cardano.
This is just a fake-out. ETC has exactly 0 use cases. If you're a day trader you might trade it but long term value is very thin.

as far as I know, ETC is the anarchist core who states that "Code is Law" and I don't see a bright future as this is the result of a hard-fork where it's obvious that ETH is making huge progress while ETC lacks all the advantages from the Ethereum Foundation. But for short terms in a hyped volatile market, you don't really need a long-term orientation :)
