Today's Fun Prop Bet: Bitcoin Price 2018

A little over a month ago, I did a blog on how you could bet on if Bitcoin would hit $10,000 in 2017.  Boy did we miss out by not betting on it.   According to Coinmarketcap, Bitcoin is currently over $13,000. This raises the question, will Bitcoin hit $20,000? If so, will it happen in 2018?  If you are confident it will, then you can bet on it.  

Surprisingly, the odds really aren't too lopsided one way or another but "No" is slightly favored.  Especially when we consider the odds a month ago for the price hitting $10,000 in 2017.

The way Bitcoin price is currently climbing, it would not surprise me at all if it hit $20,000.  On the other hand, everyone talks about the bubble.  Will Bitcoin burst? Maybe it's not so much a matter of 'will,' but 'when.'  Even when it does burst though, it has a really good chance of hitting $20,000, right?  What are your thoughts and would you be willing to put money on it one way or another? 

Lastly, I have no idea what would happen if you bet "Yes," the price jumped to $20,000 this month, and dropped before 2018. I am assuming you would lose until it came back up in 2018 but that would certainly be a wild rest of December.
