BREAKING: CBOE Drops BOMBSHELL Out of Nowhere -- They Start Bitcoin Futures Trading THIS WEEK! - (Sunday / Dec. 10th)

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) broke news out of nowhere, of their planned bitcoin futures product and it is to begin trading on Dec. 10.
This SUNDAY -- giving it exclusive BTC Futures trading for about a week, before the massive CME Futures trading kicks in on the 18th.

The firm stated that trading would commence at 5 p.m. CT, with the actual 1st full day of trading starting the next day - Monday Dec. 11th 2017.
Their CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) will trade under the "XBT" ticker.
They also stated that trading of the futures product would be free through the end of December.
Ed Tilly, CBOE's chairman and CEO, stated:
"Given the unprecedented interest in bitcoin, it's vital we provide clients the trading tools to help them express their views and hedge their exposure. We are committed to encouraging fairness and liquidity in the bitcoin market. To promote this, we will initially offer XBT futures trading for free."
This launch confirmation comes months after the Chicago-based exchange initially laid out its plans to create a bitcoin futures product, dating back to August of this year.
CBOE was working at that time with New York-based bitcoin exchange Gemini, run by Harvard investors Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, ahead of the launch, the twins famously connected in the movie "Social Network" - tied to the creation of Facebook in their college days.
The news also comes during a time of rising Bitcoin prices. The cryptocurrency is currently trading at roughly $11,400 USD, as per CoinDesk's Bitcoin Price Index (BPI).

This is going to be interesting. Bitcoin mining difficulty adjustment by 20% causing even greater Backlogs of Bitcoin transactions and high fees this weekend, and Futures getting it's first taste of unregulated global chaos that is crypto speculation, all at once.

Indeed plus add to that the ETH clog up with that whole #CryptoKitties tidal wave going on, people will be getting a taste of issues in 2 opposing fields there so to speak, looking for alternatives, I believe

Looking brief through the Cboe CFE Fee schedule effective December 4, 2017 seems not right. There are fees all over it. For sure they are going to make a lot of money of all those who register. I mean, I can look, think, make decisions and trade my tokens without them. I do want to learn if it works, but I am not going to pay to use their site. After all, cryptocurrencies are for the people. We create the demand, and we create the supply.
