I m using Bittrex for almost a year now, and never had any issues, only good experience.
I ve contacted admins with questions few times (on hard forks, and balance transfers) and support team replied very fast, so communication is great.
The actual trading is ok there, like the article said: lots coin to choose from, and great variety. Spreads vary depending on volume, and coin liquidity, but once again this is depending on what the person is looking for.
The payments in and out are fast and clear too in Bittrex. Also can transfer larger amount of money, like 100 BTC in a day, just for that need extra identification. Overall I highly recommend this coin exchange.
