Dear Cardholder,

Visa have today instructed us that we must close all WaveCrest issued Visa Prepaid Cards with immediate effect.

How will this affect you?

Your WaveCrest-issued Visa Prepaid Card will no longer function. However, all funds stored on the card continue to be 100% safe as WaveCrest safeguards 100% of its cardholders funds.

How can you access your funds?

Whilst you cannot spend or withdraw your funds from the card, WaveCrest can and will return them to you. We will be in touch over the coming days to advise you as to how we will process this payment.
