It depends on which government you're talking about. I imagine N Korea isn't too thrilled about the prospect for its citizens gaining access to funds for use immediately upon their escape. Also, doubt the US, having the standard currency of world markets, would be in favor of such a potentially destabilizing currency

N.Korea does not allow Sattelite Tv, the Internet, Smart phones, let alone allow Cryptocurrencies.
