Online commerce has certainly made it easier to buy and sell things, but it is not without its own problems. The infrastructure that has grown up around online retail has made it in many ways an even more annoying and frustrating than purchasing things the old fashioned way from a store.

Payments are handled through an escrow system that will insure you are not scammed by people who fail to deliver and an arbitration system ensures that both buyer and seller will be treated fairly in the event of a dispute.
