Some pretty sweet ideas here and I think you should do a blog about the above.
It's like paying for curation, but folks will only submit something they think of worth if so, so it could work in principle?

It would be fun to make a post about it to check interest. But I don't have time for it. If you want you are more than welcome to use the concept. I would definitely follow this resteem service.
