The yellowhammer (Emberiza citrinella)
At the very end of August, I went to the meadows outside the city. And in the midst of thickets, bushes of some berries grew. In these bushes, these birds jumped on branches and ate berries.
When they saw me they were scared, and began to hide. And they were not just hiding, but were slowly retreating through the other sides of the bushes so that I would not notice this. I first met birds who knew how to use the "back door" 😀.
