Thank you for the upvote, but this is not something you need to tell people about in a comment. You need to comment only if you have something real to share about the post you've read.
What makes your comment even more spammy is the fact that you decided drop to a post of your own that is totally unrelated to the post it's under.
This type of conduct is very likely to backfire as many people might flag comments like that which could destroy your reputation.
