Thanks man, it does take that initial push but the key to finishing the challenges is to start small and add a small bit each day.

So I started with 10 sets of 10 with my push ups, and by the end I was doing 2 of 40 and one of 10. All that came from just adding 1 rep per day. Your brain hardly notices you are doing it.

So yeah definitely give it another shot! :-)
