This is a used binoculars CARL ZEISS JENA 7x40 from NVA EAST GERMAN MILITARY (NVA = Nationale Volksarmee der DDR). This  binoculars was built as a roof prism binocular, it is compact and  light-weight for its specification and ruggedness. It has telescopic  rubber eye-cups fold down and are fully compatible with spectacle use.

The binoculars is in a used condition (look at pictures).   The lens have no scratch or fog, you have a sharp picture. If you look backwards in the tubes you see a small marks (does not affect the view), you have full service and a very good view. The binoculars will be delivered with additional lens.
