Binance Registration Has Reopened
After closing registration for a few days because of overloaded systems the altcoin trading platform Binance has reopened new user registrations.
While new user registrations were down accounts were seen to having been offered for sale. Some going for $20k and $25k USD.
Sign up now before registration is closed again!
Binance seems to be switching new user registrations on and off all the time...
However, it is not the only exchange with restrictions:

Agreed, they seem to be the most efficient at upgrading their infrastructure in order to quickly handle their rapidly increasing user base
