Cryptocurrency: ❗❗ Major crypto exchanges offline or halting new user registration ❗❗🚀🚀
Currently, due to high demand in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, a lot of major exchanges are offline or are not allowing new users to register: BitTrex, Bitfinex, Binance, Coss and Kraken
1. Bittrex:
Here is the announcement of Bittrex that they have halted new user registration for the time being. The reason is that they have to upgrade their backend.
2. Bitfinex:
Bitfinex also paused new account creation to not undermine the quality of their services.
3. Binance:
Chinese exchanges are also affected. Binance, currently the biggest exchange in China, temporarily disabled new user creation due to a surge in popularity.
4. Coss:
Coss is a rather new exchange. It had scaling problems in the last days and is now undergoing scheduled maintenance:
5. Kraken:
Finally, also the American exchange Kraken is affected, being presently offline for maintenance.
Make sure you have your accounts on the most important platforms when you need them:

Thankfully I already have Bittrex but was locked out of the others so I joined Livecoin and while it isn't as user friendly as bittrex it has a ton of coins. Thanks for the post

yeah, it is not easy to keep track of all the different log-in information and links etc... very complicated!

It's more than just halting registrations. There services are going down and they are struggling to keep up. The newbies who have already registered are hurting because of the degraded services and frequent maintenance issues.

Newbies might not have a good impression of the ecosystem overall when seeing all these technical problems with the exchanges...
Kraken is quite disappointing, it's been weeks now and I haven't been able to authenticate, and when I try to it says the feature is disabled...
I just read this, so they are doomed, I won't work with them..

It is unfortunate that Kraken is struggling so hard. It used to be a really good exchange.
