I had a similar experience with Binance and trying to deposit EOS in late June. It took a month and repeatedly prodding support with emails - when they autoclose your ticket just open a new one - but I did eventually get my money.

Was the reason in your case also a wrong filled memo form?
Yes, my Eos Binance memo has four consecutive zeros in it and I only wrote three.
