Binance resumes at 10am UTC and offers 70% DISCOUNT!
After having technical difficulties, Binance has completed its system upgrade and beginning today, February 9th at 10am UTC they are offering a two-week 70% discount on trading fees as a sign of "gratitude for their unwavering support throughout the upgrade process".
