its been 3 months that we've lost our money in an exchange called Bittrex and they dont even care about it, more than 1000 people lost their coins in there :( and when we asked them much they just blocked us and also blocked our country ... with proxy we just can login and watch our money but we can never cash out :( , governments have controls over exchanges as you said it too. I don't know about DEX, I just know that any USA Exchanges wont be good for us, just like my brother said they don't accept us even as a human being! I just know that wallets are the best places.
