UN Chief says Voice and AUTHORITY OF RELIGION is key in fight against extremism
"U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, a practicing Roman Catholic with a deep Christian faith, has addressed the faith community in New York on how it can help in combatting the violent extremism of groups claiming religion is their motivation. I firmly believe in the power of faith leaders to shape our world for good, he said ... Guterres cautioned against the proliferation of online and offline hate speech. Hate speech sows the seeds of suspicion, mistrust and intolerance [and] over time, it can play an important role in convincing people that violence is logical, justifiable, even necessary, he noted ... A total of 232 religious leaders and actors from 77 countries took part in the consultations. Participants included Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Jews, Muslims and Sikhs from different groups and denominations, as well as representatives from various religious minorities, including Baha'i, Candomble, Kakai, Yazidi and humanists. It is the first action plan specifically designed to enable religious leaders to prevent incitement to violence ... Hate speech is one of the most common warning signs of atrocity crimes, Guterres said, noting that early action can be taken to prevent them from occurring and that religious leaders are key actors in that warning process ... Let us work together to prevent and end atrocity crimes and all affronts to human rights and dignity ... Religious leaders are keen to work together to find solutions to these pressing challenges."
That is Babylon 'riding the beast' right there friends! All these churches and religions are coming together in fulfillment of Revelation 17, to 'RIDE THE BEAST' (church-state union) and control the conscience of the world! With that 'Harlot Mother', Roman Catholicism, leading the way. Now if God's Word says that Catholicism is 'antichrist', then it is antichrist, and I will proclaim it. If God's Word says that the churches are fallen, then fallen they are, and I will proclaim it! And if God's Word warns that His people need to COME OUT of the fallen churches, then that warning I will give! But I will give it in LOVE, not 'hate'. Sadly, the world does not recognize the love of God anymore, as Satan has blinded their eyes to TRUE LOVE. A love that warns, rebukes and corrects for salvation.
JESUS SAYS ... 'As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.' (Revelation 3:19-20)
That was a well written post. I appreciate original content a lot. I believe we are getting very close to the end of this world as we know it. Biblical prophecies are seeming to be fulfilled at a an alarming rate.

It's the only thing thing that makes sense of all the things happening in the social, political, economic, ecological, religious spheres, etc. It fills me with joy to see another soul that isn't fooled but awake to the great and final movements taking place before Christ's soon return.
