Maybe it's the fact, that was an hour before payment for this post? But I didn't know, that you can't do that. Twice I sent BEYONDBIT. Vote passed immediately.
Normally, you won't be able to vote 12 hours before payout.

Yes. U cannot vote on anything 12 hours before payout. This is not whaleshares choice but what steemit decided upon. Sorry to hear but i guess now u know!
