Wings is raising around a total of 30,000 Bitcoins which at today's price of $736 per BTC translates to around $22 million USD, which they are calling a donation campaign similar to what Ethereum called their initial ICO raise.
The first 10,000 bitcoins donated in the ICO will receive a visionary bonus of 10%
In addition, the first 24 hours will get a 20% early bird bonus, the next 10 days will get a 15% bonus, then the next 28 days will get a 10% bonus, and the final 10 days bonus will linearly decrease from 9% to 0%.

If you pay with BTC the first day bonus is 30%.

Update: 25 minutes since the start of the ICO has raised a modest amount: 178 BTC

The ICO is creating 100 million tokens, 75 million of the token are given out to the ICO participants.
The other 25 million tokens are allocated as follows:
19.5 million are reserved for the team, sponsor & foundation allocation (to be used as incentives and compensations to contractors, high profile developers, contributors, optional future bounties and more), 3 million are reserved for current and future advisory roles, 1 million will be used for a referral campaign, and 1.5 will be used for bounties. The Wings ICO might sell out quickly, it'll be interesting to see how much money is raised in the first hours. A few of the recent higher profile ICO's have sold out within the first hour. A warning though, the Waves tokens are set to live on the Rootstock (RSK) Bitcoin blockchain but Rootstock is not fully released yet to production (RSK is set to be released to production in the 1st Quarter of 2017).
The Wings ICO is allowing five cryptocurrencies to participate in the ICO.
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Ripple & Litecoin.
