Loser upvotes are automated to upvote whenever we have 80% or above the voting power. We need to feed in the user list to the bot and the amount they are to be upvoted in total manually one time for each game. Yes, that is unfortunate that Germany lost!

im not sure i will keep posting by the time the 7 days are up with steem going down my posts are worth pretty much nothing.
