im not sure i will keep posting by the time the 7 days are up with steem going down my posts are worth pretty much nothing.

When the market goes down, don't follow the market . Don't sell your tokens for nothing! Market is like a pendulum, once it will go down, then its definitely gonna bounce back! So if you keep the steem tokens its going to improve its value!
Note that, its not just steem, but the whole crypto market is down, so please stick to it, it will be worth more than what you invested.
