Tatra nationaI park is the first cross-border national park in Europe. With the highest peak Gerlachovský štít (2,655m) it is the highest part of carpathian mountains and the only to have an alpine characteristics. High Tatras is sometimes called the smallest great mountains in the world. Today's goal is a 8h hike into the depths of it.
