Tener una alimentación sana y balanceada, comer lo mas saludable posible y prevenir cualquier tipo de enfermedades, sin duda alguna son elementos que están relacionados con la buena nutrición, esta es la ciencia que estudia la relación que hay entre los alimentos y nosotros y los efectos que causan.

Ya sabes que comer sano, hacer ejercicio y tomar agua son hábitos que son buenos para tu cuerpo. Si los combinas en tu rutina diaria, obtendrás un beneficio mucho más grande de lo que obtendrías si solamente hicieras uno u otro. Ya sabemos que la dieta es fundamental a la hora de reparar y rejuvenecer nuestro organismo. Muchos de los beneficios que se desprenden de nuestra alimentación son inmediato.

A partir de los alimentos que ingerimos diariamente nuestro organismo toma las sustancias necesarias para su correcto desarrollo y funcionamiento, convirtiéndose en el combustible o la energía que necesitamos para llevar a cabo todas las funciones vitales y las actividades que realizamos diariamente, de esta manera es importante señalar que en caso de no existir una alimentación adecuada nuestro organismo entrara en un desbalance que no le permitirá funcionar en su totalidad.

A well-balanced diet provides the vitamins, minerals and nutrients to keep the body and mind strong and healthy. Eating well can also help prevent a variety of diseases and health problems, as well as help maintain a healthy body weight, provide energy and promote a general sense of well-being.

Generally people believe that diets are only to lose weight and are scared instantly but the truth is that this is not the case, basically a diet is the food we eat daily, there are people who have a diet uncontrolled and eat everything by eating many calories, there are people who have vegetarian diets and others who have diets to lose weight, in short a diet is the set of food that you are used to eat daily.

Benefits of good nutrition:

You are a healthier and more active person since it improves your immune system preventing some common illnesses like the flu and other long-term ones such as diabetes.

You can bring a better quality of life by avoiding stomach discomfort as it helps you have a better intestinal transit.

Food plays a very important social role and the different ways of preparing food are part of the culture of each region and race.

You maintain a stability in the energy of your body feeling this way well physically and avoiding fatigue at early hours of the day.

The vitamins intervene in all the processes of obtaining energy from food, and in the formation of tissues from proteins. They are also antioxidants against free radicals.

Diabetes: is given by not having a balanced diet, consuming more sugars, honey, sweets, sugary drinks, ice cream, animal fats and oils burned (which promote arteriosclerosis), and if this happens there would be a blockage in the veins preventing blood flow and therefore the oxygen and nutrients that all cells need, leading to death.

Micronutrients do not provide energy and are consumed in small quantities. They are necessary for the macro nutrients to be properly metabolized and thus build and maintain our organism.

It helps you maintain your weight because when you eat what you need you avoid excesses, in this way you live without constantly changing your weight.

You look younger, the antioxidants we receive from a healthy diet keep the skin in good condition by eliminating dead cells, making us feel better about ourselves.
