A few people wrote about this and I thought I also write about it. I write a summary to spread the word.
@zeartul confirmed that he no longer owns @bellyrub 13 hours ago.
It's weird, because 19 hours ago there was a (558.345 STEEM) transfer from @bellyrub to @zeartul.
it's weird, because @bellyrub resteemed one of those posts that states the fact that @bellyrub is a scam.

So whoever owns/runs @bellyrub, he/she admit the fact that the bot is a scam!
It's also weird, because @zeartul says in the above mentioned post that he still in control of the @bellyrubbank.

If you scroll down the page of this same wallet, you can see a lot of reward claims.
I mean insane amount of reward claims, like hundreds of Steem and Steem Dollars (SBD) in a single day and so on.
You can also see that the bot is using MinnowBooster! I mean seriously!
Like withdrawing more than $250 SBD in one day! $253.699 SBD actually.

This is just the rewards claims, withdraws from @minnowbooster to @bellyrub, transfers from @bellyrub to the Poloniex exchange and a start of a powering down with a huge amount of 2,490.508 STEEM!
If I would also write the transfers from the users to this bot, I could write a whole book!
So people are sending money to this scam continuously and the owner(s?) of the bot is/are laughing, taking all of these money for himself/herself/themselves and claiming the huge rewards every day.
The bot is literally raping the reward pool! Claiming insane amount of Steem and Steem Dollars (SBD) every single day, while not giving even one dollar back to the users!
So whoever runs the bot, he/she (they?) is/are rich as hell and could easily refund everyone!
But looks like he/she (they?) is/are not doing that!
@kingscrown is saying in a comment under the above mentioned blog post that he is waiting for 14 days!

@@@themarkymark was also wrote a post about this 20 hours ago, saying @bellyrub gone full evil? double selling votes, self voting, trying to get 40K from users; triple dipping?
You can see a lot of users complaining that they sent Steem Dollars (SBD), but they didn't received upvote.
We can see @bellyrub's wallet and @zeartul's wallet, as we can see everyone else's wallets on Steemit and they are taking out any/every kind of rewards, any kind of money from Steemit, while not providing upvotes (and probably refunds) to the users.
They simply take Steemian's money for nothing.
With the current state of @zeartul's wallet, I can see that he is not trying to refund Steemians, but he is trying to do the same what @bellyrub does. Claiming rewards, transferring money to Poloniex and Power Down with huge amounts of money!
@zeartul is also using @minnowbooster by the way!

His Steem Power is 12,162.458 (+10,000.772 STEEM) and he is using @minnowbooster. What the hell?
And I don't even mention the reward claims in this case. Okay that's not so high as in the case of @bellyrub's, but still much more than my monthly earnings on Steemit.
He claimed $19.592 Steem Dollars (SBD) and 22.365 Steem Power in the last 24 hours. You can see it yourself in both of the cases. You can see anyone's/everyone's wallet on Steemit.
To make a comparison:
According to Steemworld, I earned 1.74 Steem Power curation rewards and 6.84 Steem Power and $1.83 SBD author rewards in the last 28 days. In the last 28 days!
Okay, I see some refund-like transfers in @zeartul's wallet:
2 days ago Transfer 225.000 STEEM to kingscrown.
4 days ago Transfer 150.000 STEEM to rekaa.
4 days ago Transfer 150.000 STEEM to reka.
5 days ago Transfer 1.000 STEEM to fulltimegeek.
I am not sure, if these are refunds or not. Maybe he is refunding a few Steemians.
I think the comments and the blog posts of the users and the actions in @bellyrub's wallet and @zeartul's wallet are absolutely clear proofs that @bellyrub is a scam.
This is crazy! This is insanity! This has to be stopped! This must be stopped!
