The history of the invention of the #honey extractor

Franz Hruska , from Czech, was first who applied centrifugal force to pump honey from honeycombs. He made a honey extractor.

There are several versions about the inventsion of honey extractor.

•  According to one of them his young son accidentally put in the basket a piece of honeycomb with honey. To it was attached a rope. Going from the apiary, the boy twisted a basket of honey around. Under the action of centrifugal force the honey flew out of the basket. This principle his father and laid the basis of the invention. Now no longer required to destroy the cells and drained the honey. 
• According to other sources, Franz Hruska used for these purposes are already known centrifugation method solutions, which was used at that time in sugar factories to separate crystalline sugar from the syrup. While pure cane sugar was more expensive than the honey, and he, not knowing that honey crystallizes not cane, but grape sugar, wanted to use centrifugal force to produce from honey pure cane sugars.
