Beer Curiosities in Rocket City

Visiting Huntsville this week, getting a different perspective on craft beer in America. They have 9 breweries in this little town. I've now been to most of them.

Last night I visited the Salty Nut, and Pints &Pixels. Unfortunately there wasn't too many positive things about the Salty Nut...it was more of a neighborhood hangout with very average beers, however there was one maibock which was stellar!

Also saw this very awesome idea at Yellowhammer about just putting up a giant map of your state and let people add the brewery stickers. They also had one of the whole country but there is no way that would work. The state one is quote nice though.

Lastly I ended up at Pints & Pixels which is a local bar with tons of original arcade games. I love their logo.
