Beer does not kill people

It has been a long time since I visited the Orenburg brewery "Kraft". Then the plant was not yet started, not all repairs were done everywhere, but there were already equipment, which was set up by German engineers. It has long been sold beer, which produces this plant, but I still could not get into the shops to see what changed. And last week I went on a tour of the plant.

Global changes, I did not see. And in general, I did not see any changes. But what I saw was interesting. But just look. I could not listen properly. During the excursion I got a battery in the radioguide. These devices are distributed to all tourists, so that in conditions of increased noise you can hear what the guide says. Therefore at once I shall give advice: check working capacity of the radio guide at reception it on hands.

This time, unlike the past, we were not shown a laboratory. There sterile purity. And we are outsiders, although we were in shoe covers, hats and gowns.

Went to familiar places. Malt silo. Here, stone and malt cleaning are carried out. In the first run of the plant malt was supplied from Belgium and Belarus was in the plans. But it turned out that in Kursk it makes malt that meets all the quality parameters. And now Kursk malt is used on a par with the Belgian.

Hall with CCT. CCT is a cylindroconical tank. Most of them are on the street. Now there are 18 of them, and all the seats are built under 24. For 60,000 liters, if I'm not mistaken. In the winter nothing freezes because the CCT is made as a thermos and beer generates heat during fermentation and heals itself. So it heats up that it has to be cooled.

On this tour ended and we went to taste the drinks. As a non-drinker, I liked kvass and lemonade very much. Lemonade is done in a factory in another city, but according to the recipe and order of "Kraft". And of course I tried the beer lightly, in order to feel the taste tones and nothing more, but I can not say anything special. That old experience of drinking has long been forgotten. The smell and taste of real beer is present. Different varieties differ from each other. But I can not evaluate how it is drunk. For this one sip is not enough.
