Had the pleasure of trying this beer over the weekend:

Truffle honey?  Sounded odd.  The beer was actually quite good though.  Had an amber color, honey hints, and mild truffle aroma.  

Was a bit overcarbonated, and perhaps a bit bitter, but overall a solid beer.  The honey balanced well with the hops and malt, and truffle was only on the nose.

Two thumbs up!
