[ITA] Interpretazione delle Saison più autentiche da parte di Walter Loverier di LoverBeer, questa birra viene fermentata in tini di rovere per mezzo dei lieviti selvaggi ricavati dalla "spontanea", la BeerBera. La ricetta prevede anche l'utilizzo di frumento non maltato e luppoli nobili inglesi (East Kent Goldings), anche in dry-hop. Le Farmhouse Sour Ales, prodotte fino agli anni sessanta in Belgio, raggiungevano l’equilibrio di gusto anche attraverso l’acidità, e questa birra rispetta a pieno questa tradizione. Profumi di legno, vinosi e di frutta rossa; la freschezza è evidentissima. Al palato è molto delicata, secca, con amaro quasi assente e leggera piccantezza. L'acidulo e le note di agrumi e usa, si bilanciano con la parte maltata, rendendo la birra ben apprezzabile anche ai non amanti dello stile Sour. Una birra che mi ha seriamente conquistato e che saprà soddisfare anche i vostri palati!

[ENG] Interpretation of the more authentic Saisons by Walter Loverier of LoverBeer, this beer is fermented in oak vats by means of wild yeasts obtained from the "spontaneous" BeerBera. The recipe also includes the use of non-malted wheat and English noble hops (East Kent Goldings), also in dry-hop. The Farmhouse Sour Ales, produced until the sixties in Belgium, reached the balance of taste also through acidity, and this beer fully respects this tradition. Scents of wood, vinous and red fruit; freshness is very evident. On the palate it is very delicate, dry, with almost absent bitterness and light spiciness. The acid and citrus notes and uses, are balanced with the malty part, making the beer well appreciated even to non-Sour style lovers. A beer that has seriously conquered me and that will satisfy even your palates!
