Hello dear friends of steemit, thank you for being present on my blog and accompanying with reading my post. As every day Thursday I am posting a new informational beer post, this interesting information I found it while surfing the web, I hope it is to your liking and enjoy as much as I did the post.

Before starting I want to clarify that I am Spanish speaking, I read and write only in Spanish, unfortunately English does not understand or write, all my works I do with the help of the translator of google, so I want to apologize for any mistakes that may Arise in translation.

Today I want to share with you information about the "beers of Wheat", and its different styles, I hope this information is interesting and serve to learn and enjoy a good glass of beer.

"Wheat Beers"

"Wheat beers" are made with the process of "high fermentation" a miscellany of "wheat and barley" their taste is the grain of wheat and its aroma of freshly baked bread, usually called white beers.

Its flavor is very peculiar, it is pungent in nature, fresh and sparkling, a very popular beer in its place of origin "Germany, Berlin and Belgium", "30% of consumption" of this drink are made in "Bavaria Germany"

For its great demand is a beer that is found all year, but originally it was one that was obtained only in summer.

There are three types of wheat beers according to their origin, Berliner weisse - blancas in Berlin, Weizenbier - wheat in southern Germany and Witbier / Bière blanche - Belgian wheat

"Berliner Weisse Wheat Beers - White Berlin"

"Berliner weisse - Berlin white beers" are very clear of acid flavor, in many cases it is common to add a fruit syrup or herbs to appease the acidity.

A "light" beer with a 3% alcohol content, made according to the producer between 25% and 50% of wheat, the rest is supplemented by barley.

This type of beer is the freshest of all beers "made with wheat", "quench thirst", making it ideal to "consume in summer".


"Weizenbier Type Wheat Beers - Southern Germany"

"Weizenbier - Southern Germany wheat" beers are soft, fresh, fruity and bitter with a lot of creamy borbollón, with a 5% alcohol content, made according to the producer between 40% and 70% wheat, The rest is complemented by barley, a singularity is its double fermentation in the bottle.

There are data on its existence of "more than 500 years" which make it probably the oldest beer in the category., This beer respects the "Law of German Purity or Reinheitsgebot"

This style is well-known like "weizenbier", but by its characteristics they call it "white beer", according to the elaboration process can be known with the names of: If they have erasure they are denominated "weissbier hefe" if its procedure is filtered They are called "kristall weizen or kristall weissbier"

"Witbier Wheat Beers / Bière Blanche - Belgian Wheat"

"Witbier / Bière blanche beers" are light gold and opaque, there may be some varieties with orange peel or seasoning odors, they are mild, bitter and of a fresh nature, made according to the producer between 30% To 50% "unmalted wheat", the rest is supplemented by barley.

It is called "witbier en flamenco" and in "French bière blanche" some producers elaborate them with more "body" and call them "tarwebier or tarwebock"
