Fire, Skulls & Money is a 7.2% alcohol/volume American IPA made by Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. in Decorah, Iowa. Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. began in 2009 and has quickly made a name for itself across the country, serving up IPAs and Stouts to over 12 states. Toppling Goliath takes pride in producing top-notch brews. The Fire, Skulls & Money is an ultra hazy IPA brewed with Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Nelson Hops.

The Can

The Fire, Skulls & Money is served in a full pint can. The label is bad ass and it is exactly what you'd expect for a beer with this name. It features a skull with a flaming background sitting on top of a pile of gold coins with 'TG' engraved. 'TG' of course stands for Toppling Goliath.

The can says:

"Inspired by a trip to the West Coast, designed to capture the wild spirit of adventure and brewed to be enjoyed with friends. This rich IPA is for those with wanderlust in their heart and fire in their eyes."

The Beer

Fire, Skulls & Money is incredibly juicy as you can see in the pictures. It looks like it could be orange juice when it's poured into a glass. The taste is full bodied and loaded with tropical hop flavor. It has a relatively high ABV at 7.2% alcohol/volume, but it goes down crushingly easy. Overall the Fire, Skull & Money is about as good of an IPA as you can get off the shelf. I look forward to trying more brews from Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. in the future.
