Mönchshof "Historisches Märzen"wird mit kalt vergärender Hefe angestellt und bei bis zu 1 grad besonders lange und kalt gelagert.Sanft im Antrunk,steht der feinen Malzsüße die außergewöhnlich weiche Note des Hallertauer Aromahopfen harmonisch entgegen.Historisches Märzen ist wohl eine der ältesten Biersorten überhaupt.
Es passt perfekt zu festlichen Sommergerichten wie Schweinshaxe, Geflügel oder Bratwürsten mit Sauerkraut.
Farblich tiefgolden mit leichter Opaltrübung.

In the Antrunk, the fine malt sweet harmoniously matches the exceptionally soft note of the Hallertauer Aromahopfen.Historical Märzen is probably one of the oldest beer varieties ever .
